All fish products are sourced from Lake Tanganyika and Lake Victoria. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed upon payment confirmation via Interac e-Transfer to obuledi@yahoo.ca. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fish products, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made via Interac e-Transfer to obuledi@yahoo.ca. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. We do not store credit card information.
